Responsibilities

  • Analyze legacy data sources and define field-level mapping into Salesforce objects.
  • Plan data cleansing, transformation, and validation rules with business owners.
  • Run migration test loads, reconcile results, and document defects through to resolution.
  • Prepare and execute cutover loads and post-migration verification.

Requirements

  • Senior-level business systems analysis experience on Salesforce or CRM data projects.
  • Hands-on experience with migration tooling such as Salesforce Data Loader or comparable ETL tools.
  • Strong SQL or data-analysis skills for profiling and reconciliation.
  • Authorized to work in Canada.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Experience with large CRM consolidation or re-platforming projects.
  • Fluency in French and English.
