Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery with business stakeholders and translate their processes into Salesforce solution designs.
  • Own functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria through build, test, and release.
  • Guide configuration decisions across flows, objects, and permissions, and review work for fit and quality.
  • Run workshops, demos, and UAT cycles with business users and confirm functional readiness.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience leading functional delivery on Salesforce programs.
  • Strong command of Salesforce platform capabilities and configuration trade-offs.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Authorized to work in Canada.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce certifications, for example Administrator or a Sales/Service Cloud Consultant track.
  • Consulting or other client-facing delivery experience.
